Birchill Records keeps Tun Ova Riddim in that sharp, party-forward pocket that defined a lot of mid-2010s dancehall: brisk, clipped drum programming, a tense low end, and a hooky bounce that leaves space for the deejays to work the pocket. Released in 2013, the project lines up Konshens, RDX, Tanya Carter, T. O. K. , Vershon, Voicemail and Mr. G, with the instrumental version closing it out.
