Victory Riddim – Hills Music

Hills Music kept Victory Riddim lean and sharp in 2016, and that’s part of its charm: just two cuts, no wasted motion. Faithfull’s “Humble” rides the rhythm with a measured, self-possessed tone, while Fureus comes in on “Victory” with a bit more fight in the delivery, which fits the title and the mood of the riddim nicely. The production sits right in that mid-2010s dancehall pocket—clean, compact, and made to let the vocals do the heavy lifting rather than crowding them out. Released in July 2016, it feels like one of those small two-track sets that says plenty without trying to stretch itself into a full compilation.
