Top Up Riddim – Rebels’tone Muzik Lab

From the 2013 dancehall lanes, Top Up Riddim comes in with that sharp, mid-tempo bashment pressure Rebels’tone Muzik Lab was pushing at the time: lean drums, a tough digital pulse, and just enough melodic lift to keep the singers moving. Fire Flame gets two shots at it with Creation and Shoot Dem Dead, while Demolition’s Hot Gals Mi Prefer and Mega Jani’s See Di Eden lean into the more playful, girl-centric side of the cut. Kojilove’s Nah Better Dan Yard and Red Lion Aka Redda Fella’s Wicked N Bad keep the energy rougher, and Scorpion’s Middle Finger and Skeleton’s Promises round it out with the kind of streetwise phrasing that was all over dancehall in that period.
