THE OUTLAW RIDDIM produced by ADIDJAHIEM RECORDS 2011
The Outlaw Overview
The selector’s choice that ruled dancehall in 2011 started in the studio with a team of talented artists and a strong creative leader at the mixing board. The producer, ADIDJAHIEM RECORDS, is well known in the dancehall scene for delivering powerful riddims and working with some of the genre’s biggest names. The label has made an impact with its energetic productions, and its founder, Vybz Kartel, is one of dancehall’s most influential figures. On this release, each artist brought their unique style to the riddim. Cutty Corn’s “Weh Dem Come From” stands out with its catchy hooks and energetic delivery. Denno delivers “It Bun Dem,” a track that keeps the dancefloor moving with its bold lyrics. Di Senetah adds a different flavor with “High Grade,” and he also teams up with Bill Gates on the remix “Crawl (Remix) Ft. Di Senetah & Bill Gates.” Di Senetah is recognized for his work in the underground dancehall scene and has gained attention for his lyrical skill. Guardian’s “She Like My Style” brings a smooth, confident vibe to the riddim, while Influentiel’s “Good Loving” adds a touch of romance. Together, these tracks created a sound that selectors loved to play across Jamaica, making this 2011 dancehall riddim a true favorite in the dance.
