Dalton Harris gives Sweet Ride Riddim its sharpest early spark with “Gi Mi That Whine, ” but the whole Penthouse set has that familiar polished, mid-tempo swing Donovan Germain has long used to keep a dancehall cut leaning melodic rather than ragged. R.
