Sweet Baby Riddim – Irievibration Records

Eight cuts and a strong roots-heavy lineup make Sweet Baby Riddim feel like a proper vocal showcase rather than a throwaway selector set, with Anthony B, Luciano, Sizzla, and the Konshens and Delus pairing carrying most of the weight. Irievibrations Records gave it a warm, late-2000s digital-reggae polish that leaves room for the singers to work the love-and-praise themes without crowding the groove, and Luciano’s “Truly Love Someone” and Sizzla’s “Africa Chant” sit right at the center of that feel.
