Suspicions Riddim catches that early-2000s roots-reggae mood where the singers lean hard into cautionary lyrics and social pressure rather than big crossover hooks. Abstract Productions kept the cast tight in 2003, and the cut with Anthony B, “Love Is Blind, ” sets the tone before Anthony Cruz’s title tune, Chuck Fenda’s warning message, and Luciano’s “Time Is Serious” deepen the mood.
