In early 2017, a new bashment project hit the Jamaican dancehall scene and quickly became a favorite at parties and street dances. This was the Street Knowledge Riddim, a hard-hitting riddim that brought together some of the top names in dancehall. The project featured Bugle with the track "straight forward, " showing his usual sharp lyrics. Bugle is well-known for songs like "Nuh Compatible, " which made a big mark on the charts a few years before. Jae prynse joined with "badmind is on the loose, " adding a raw and real vibe to the mix. Jahmeil, who had already gained attention with his song "Gain the World, " delivered "things keep happening, " keeping his reputation strong as a rising star. Konshens, another big name, brought "will of man" to the riddim. He is famous for his hit single "Bruk Off Yuh Back, " which found international success. Masicka, who would later release his debut album "438" in 2021, came in with "enemy scared, " showing his lyrical talent. Quick cook rounded out the set with "wul a medz, " giving the riddim even more energy. Behind the scenes, MBR RECORDS handled the production.
