Sprint Slow Riddim was released in 2015 by Alleviate Productions as a ZimDancehall-flavoured dancehall project, and it brings together ten artists across nine tracks. The set leans into a bright, summer-ready mood, with songs like Ronixx’s Summertime, Mazvita’s Go Crazy, Elder Micho’s Mukuru Wenyika, Tetsman’s Zvatapinda Musummer, and Carter Boy’s Pull Over giving the riddim a mix of playful hooks and street-level energy. Fyah Kidah’s Swedera Mudhuze adds another highlight to the lineup, while Clicks and General’s Summer Tapin keeps the seasonal theme running through the release. Alleviate Productions uses this riddim to showcase a strong Zimbabwean cast and a consistent party feel without losing the rough-edged dancehall bounce that ties the whole project together.
