Snooker Riddim leans hard into Zimbabwean dancehall chatter, with Mega T Productions lining up a dozen voices over one sharp, competitive groove. The striking part is how much of the project hangs on clash energy: Nutty O’s “My league” and Maggikal’s “Bumper-Bumper” both come in as direct shots, while Poptain, Dobba Don and T Makwikwi keep the tune moving with that streetwise, chant-heavy delivery. For a 2016 release, it sits in that phase when Zimdancehall was tightening its own identity, borrowing the punch of Jamaican dancehall but pushing local slang, pacing and attitude further forward. Mega T doesn’t overcomplicate the formula here; the riddim is there to frame the voices, and that’s exactly how this one lands in the producer’s catalogue.
