Whispa Di Minista has already logged a few OneKick Records cuts in recent years, and “Top Hole” keeps that link in place without sounding like a routine retread. The track is a lone single, but it still reads like part of the label’s heavier modern-dancehall run: stripped-back, low-slung, and aimed squarely at the sound system. There’s no clutter here, just a tight drum pattern, a thick bass pulse, and enough empty space for Whispa to work the vocal line with that clipped, conversational delivery he uses so well. The production feels dry and direct, with the hook sitting right on top of the riddim instead of floating over it. What lingers is the tempo and the bassline, both kept steady enough to let the vocal ride the pocket cleanly.
