Si69ine Riddim – The Tech Head Records

Coming out in 2021, when dancehall was still leaning hard into stripped-back digital riddims and quick-hit vocal cuts, Si69ine Riddim lands as a compact Tech Head Records set with six songs and an instrumental at the end. Karamanti’s “For Jamaica” gives the project its clearest anchor, while Crude E’ Vil’s “Aesthetic, ” Point O’s “Put Dem To Shame, ” and Sweetfhace’s “One Night Stand” each push the rhythm in a different direction without breaking the shape of it. Tech Head keeps the sequencing tidy and purposeful: four main voicings, then the instrumental, which lets the pattern breathe and leaves the producer’s work exposed in full.
