Second Chances Overview

In 2011, the roots reggae scene welcomed a fresh sound with the release of the Second Chances Riddim. The journey began in the studio, where a classic one drop bassline was crafted by skilled hands. The producer, TRAVKON RECORDS, was already known for their deep roots approach and had made a mark with several foundation projects in the reggae world. Ezekiah Rose delivered “I Got You,” a track that quickly became a favorite in cultural sets that year. Short'Ae followed with “Smile Again,” bringing soulful vocals and uplifting energy. Travkon, who is also the producer behind TRAVKON RECORDS, stepped forward with the title track “Second Chances Riddim.” Travkon had already built a reputation for both production and performance, and this project highlighted his ability to blend both crafts.
