Sanetitude Riddim – Grave Music

Sanetitude Riddim comes in loud with a stacked 34-track dancehall lineup, the kind of project that feels less like a tidy compilation and more like a whole corner of the scene talking at once. Grave Music keeps the vibe rooted in raw party energy, but there’s room for sharper social lines too: Brin Mistik’s “Dépénalisation Ganja” pushes a clear message, while 10jonct and Dangerous Madda’s “Many Gyal” and Double K and Kolonel Jah’s “Ma Baby Girl” lean hard into the flirt-and-flash side of things. A tune like “Welkom Dan Mo Party” from Double Trouble and Kakin sits right in that festive pocket, and the mix of Creole-flavoured vocals and streetwise dancehall talk gives the whole set a distinctly island-local feel.
