Reborn Riddim finds Aclivix Entertainment leaning into straight-up dancehall pressure rather than any glossy crossover polish, and that makes the project hit with a harder edge. The juggling carries a springy, bass-heavy pulse with enough room for each voice to land cleanly, from D’Angel’s flirtatious “An’so Ever Hot” to Beenie Man’s sharp-tongued “So Call Your Mother” and Ricky General’s smoother “So So Fine. ” There’s a nice contrast in the set too: Mission’s “Compress Har” and Bling Ice’s “She Don’t Want No Other” keep the energy moving without crowding the rhythm.
