Pray Riddim – Laidley Production

Laidley Production and The Yellow Drum Studio’s Pray Riddim arrived in 2024 as a 10-track reggae set that pairs roots-minded voices with a clean, modern riddim feel. Turbulence brings Everybody Wants A Good Life, Mariah Ngoma turns in Watch Over Me, and Leo Laidley steps onto the version cut with Real One (Pray Riddim Version), while Anart’s All We Need Is Love and Higher Trod’s Fire Mi Burn add more conscious energy to the lineup. Guvnor Ace’s Togaya and Star Social’s Funeral Again also help give the project its range. Released on August 23, 2024, it runs about 38 minutes and leans into uplift, prayerful themes, and straightforward reggae grooves.
