Richie Bud Production keeps the focus tight on People’s Thing Riddim, a five-cut dancehall set from 2021 that lines up Jah Be, Nature Ellis, Sajay, 40Eight and Lady Keyz over the same rhythm. The sequencing is straightforward, with each song getting its own space rather than being padded out with extras, so the riddim moves cleanly from the title track’s social angle to Lady Keyz’s New York To Jamaica closer. Nature Ellis’ “Hey” adds a more seasoned voice to the mix, while Sajay’s “Try Hard” and 40Eight’s “Slow Down Fast Car” bring different shades of phrasing to the pattern.
