Drop Top Riddim – Concrete Records Production

Drop Top lands as a lean seven-cut dancehall set, and it wastes no time getting to the point: Macka Diamond opens with “Feel Secure, ” Lady G turns up later on “Winning, ” and Powerman keeps the heat on with “Ratty Badness. ” The production comes from Concrete Records Production, led by Winston Francis, whose name had been circling a little more loudly around the label’s 2021 run. There’s a neat balance here between veteran weight and newer voices, with Pehligro, Ck Pragmatic and Ellygan all getting room to push their own angle.
