The Carnival 2023 parade set was born in the studio with a clear vision. The carnival director wanted a sound that would capture the energy and spirit of the festival. This creative direction pushed everyone involved to bring out their best. The goal was to make a riddim that would get crowds moving and stay in people’s minds long after the parade ended. Island Shak Entertainment took on the role of producer. Known for their work in Caribbean music, Island Shak Entertainment has been active in the soca and dancehall scenes, releasing several popular riddims in the last few years.
