Open Up Riddim – Hardware Muzyk

Open Up Riddim arrived in 2020 from Hardware Muzyk as a four-track soca set, with contributions from Hardware on Mask On (Gimme Wuk), Sheriann Norris and Swaggy on Ya Feel Ya Bad, Jah Reddis on I Ain’t Working Wid Dat, and Mongrel and Walkes on Open Up. The project keeps a tight lineup and centers on a party-ready groove, with each song framed around the same riddim while giving the artists room to bring their own style. Hardware Muzyk also runs the production under its own name, which fits the release’s straightforward, self-contained approach.
