Old Fan Riddim – Teamworks Production

A clipped, mid-tempo dancehall cut with a slightly retro edge and enough space for the deejays to work, Old Fan Riddim keeps its focus on direct, chant-ready tunes rather than anything too fancy. Alex Mobsta’s “Hustle Harder” and Medz’s “Tick Tock” feel like the anchor points, while Lauryn’s “Can’t Rock My Boat” and Xternal’s straightforward “Dancehall” keep the pacing tight. The pack also includes a raw version of “Tick Tock, ” which gives the release a little extra utility for selectors and DJs. Teamworks Production put out seven tracks in all, and the project ran to about 22 minutes when it appeared in June 2018.
