Head Top opens it with “Some People, ” while Amanda Judah’s “Crank It Up” and Bush Tea’s “The Best of Love” keep the energy moving in different shades of heartfelt commentary and lover’s rock ease. Cess Myers’ “Only Jah Jah (Remix)” and Sista Miriam’s “Salvation” tilt the set into firmer spiritual territory, and Anthony Bassie Clarke closes with “Grown Up People, ” a tune that gives the whole project a mature, reflective finish.
