As was expected at the inaugural Caribbean Music Awards held at the King’s Theatre in Flatbush, New York. Vybz Kartel won the Artist of The Decade award. Beating off Bounty Killer, Mavado, Beenie Man, and Chronixx, The Worl’Boss acknowledged the award on Instagram paying homage to Bounty Killer and Spice saying;
“Nuf Respect to C.M.A. , Nuf love to #GAZANATION & the Queen @spiceofficial WITHOUT @1unogeneral NONE OF THIS POSSIBLE.”
