Warm and percussive, Natural Riddim leans into a crisp, modern dancehall swing without losing that easy Caribbean pulse, and the five-cut set gets its lift from Assassin’s sharp “Tun It Up” and Jesse Royal’s smoother “Come From. ” Warner Music put this out in December 2015 as Natural Riddim Vol. 1, a short German-Central European crossover package that already hinted at the label’s wider reggae reach, with Junior Carl’s “Von Gestern” and Irie Révoltés’ French-language “Jamais Fatigué” pushing the project beyond straight dancehall routine. Culcha Candela and Sir Samuel close it out with the title track “Natural, ” and the whole thing sits neatly in Warner’s small but curious riddim catalogue rather than sounding like a one-off compilation.
