Produced by Stone Love in 2000, Mistake Riddim is a dancehall juggling that leans on a similar feel to Annex’s Doorslam Riddim but with a more distinct bottle-rattle and piano-reverb touch. Beenie Man’s Mistake is the lead tune here, with Kevin Evil’s Chi Chi Man Fi Heng, Merciless’s War God, Bobby Crystal’s Don’t Watch It, Gringo’s Need Not To, and 14k’s Unleash The Dragon adding plenty of weight to the lineup. The version cut, Mistake aka Doorway Rhythm Version, closes the set and underlines Stone Love’s sound system-era approach, with Galaxy P, Anthony Cruz, Renegade, and Blingz Crew also on board.
