Masmentz Riddim – Xpert Productions

Masmentz Riddim was produced by Xpert Productions and released in 2016 as a five-track soca set featuring Deva, Jamesy P, Shortpree, Skarpyon, and Slatta. The lineup includes Born and Grow, In Yo DM, More Masmentz, Mama vs. Jab, and Leave We Name, with Jamesy P’s In Yo DM and Shortpree’s More Masmentz among the key cuts. Xpert Productions has remained active in soca in the years since, but this 2016 release captures the label’s straight-ahead carnival style in a compact, artist-driven riddim format.
