Liquor Spree Riddim – Yaadiz Productions

Yaadiz Productions’ Liquor Spree Riddim arrived in 2020 as a straight dancehall juggling with seven cuts and a tight, party-minded theme. Clymaxx’s Give Thanks, Don Pree’s Sunday Zone, and Kaepable’s Comfortable are among the better-known selections, while Nick Yk’s Simple, Dee’s Lecture, K-Lyrikal’s Freaky Type, and Makon-N’s Alibaba round out the set. The release also spawned a Vol. 2 later that year, which points to the label leaning into the concept hard and keeping the energy rolling through a compact run of songs.
