Runn Records issued Jacqueline Riddim in 2020, a short reggae set that leans on a revived old-school groove with a light raï touch in the music and a very focused vocal lineup. Panache Culture’s Jaqueline anchors the release, while U Brown’s Give Thanks and Praise and Wayne Lyrics’ Times Hard add the main vocal contrast, with the Panache Culture version closing it out. The riddim itself is tied back to Panache Culture’s earlier Jacqueline song from the 1994 Travel In A Dream album, giving this release a deeper catalogue link than a typical one-riddim drop, and it also surfaces two long-shelved cuts from the Runn vaults.
