I-Drin Riddim – Costa Rebel Productions

Warm and militant, the I-Drin Riddim comes across as a compact six-song Costa Rebel Productions set from 2013, cut in Spanish and English and anchored by the familiar roots pattern behind Ini Kamoze’s “World-A-Music” instrumental. The sequencing keeps the focus on the songs rather than any filler, with China B’s “Que Pasaria, ” Jah Fabio’s “Sound A Go Dead, ” and Pipo Ti’s “Alta Suciedad” doing most of the heavy lifting; that last cut even spawned a video at the time.
