Gremlin Riddim comes in mean and topical, with Chase Cross, Flexxx, and Versi all taking shots over a stripped-back 2016 dancehall cut that keeps the tension high while the lyrics stay pointed. The three vocal versions lean into clash energy — “Dryland Shark” and “Mr Killy Killy” both read like direct responses to Demarco, while Versi’s “Anything Jump In” pushes the same confrontational mood in a different direction. Jaycrazie keeps the instrumental tight and bare enough for the vocals to carry the fight, which gives the whole set that rough-edged, late-clash feel.
