Go Mode Riddim produced by DJ Avalanche of Problematic Media 2024
Go Mode Overview
Go Mode Riddim started in the studio with a clear vision. The carnival director wanted a sound that would fit the energy of the 2024 season, blending old school island grooves with new soca styles. This creative direction guided the team as they built the riddim from the ground up, aiming for something both familiar and fresh. DJ Avalanche, the producer behind Problematic Media, led the project. Known for his work in the Caribbean music scene, DJ Avalanche has helped shape many soca and dancehall tracks over the years. His label, Problematic Media, is recognized for supporting rising talent and delivering music that connects with carnival crowds. DJ Avalanche brought his experience and ear for detail to every layer of the riddim. Each artist on Go Mode Riddim brought their own style to the project. Problem Child’s track, “Single,” rides the groove with catchy lyrics and a smooth delivery. Skinny Banton’s “Start The Jouvert” captures the spirit of early morning carnival celebrations, bringing energy to the riddim. Lyrikal, known for the hit “Loner,” adds his signature touch with “Open It,” a song that keeps people moving. Keke’s “Nuff Work” brings a strong, rhythmic flow, adding a different flavor to the lineup. Skinny Fabulous, who won the 2019 International Soca Monarch, closes out the riddim with “Wuking Crazy,” a track made for the road. Go Mode Riddim became part of the soundtrack for Carnival 2024, blending classic and modern soca sounds. Each song found its place on the road, helping to make the season unforgettable.
