Farewell Riddim – Lee Milla Production

Devin Di Dakta’s “Nuh Fraid” gives Farewell Riddim its sharpest pull right out the gate, with Hazard then doubling down on the tougher side of the set through “Buss Mi Gun” and “Stalker. ” Lee Milla Production keeps the rhythm lean and menacing, all dry drums, heavy low end and a clipped, street-corner pulse that leaves plenty of space for the voices to cut through. Sraedon’s “Buck 50” and Terex’s “I’m Trying” widen the mood a little, but the riddim never drifts far from its hard-edged dancehall centre. Coming in 2016, it sits neatly in that era when producers were chasing streamlined, militant juggling tunes built for sound system pressure rather than glossy crossover polish.
