Ex + 5 Riddim – Xpert Productions

In the 2013 Grenada soca lane, Xpert Productions lined up Ex + 5 around a compact four-song run that keeps the focus on songcraft rather than volume. Blacka Dan’s “Whole Day” was the early calling card and circulated as “Whole Day We Jammin, ” while Coxilus, Soca Banton and Shortpree each take a turn against the same driving rhythm, with “Plain Talk Bad Manners” giving the set a sharper edge. It’s a short riddim package, no filler, just the core vocal cuts and the instrumental feel that was working the carnival circuit that season. Ex + 5 Riddim was released in 2013 and lists four unique artists.
