Eutopia runs on a clean, rootsy one-riddim pulse that keeps the energy warm rather than frantic, so the vocal cuts have room to breathe and the message tunes land properly. Anthony B’s “Mi Naaa Do It” and Luciano’s “Through It All” give it that righteous center, while Frankie Paul’s “Keep The Peace” and Natural Black’s “Yuh Nuh Like Dem” push the conscious angle a little harder. Lioon Vibes Productions kept the 2006 set tight, with nine vocal sides plus a version, and the flow between voices gives it that old-school juggling feel without getting cluttered. By the time it reaches “Version – Eutopia Riddim, ” the whole thing has settled into a mellow but steely groove that holds together nicely.
