Epic Riddim – Nessim Pan Production

A bright, punchy dancehall groove with a skittering midrange and a clean, digital edge runs through Epic Riddim, and the five-song lineup keeps the focus tight rather than sprawling. A Pass opens with “Leader, ” while Beenie Gunter’s “Tuli Byaffe” and Ykee Benda’s “Bizibu Byo” carry the kind of melodic bounce that sits nicely on the instrumental; Allan Tonix and Alvin Kizz round out the set. There’s also an instrumental version circulating with the release, which lets the production breathe a bit more and puts the drum pattern and bassline upfront.
