M Productions keeps this one lean and militant, cutting a 2006 reggae set that leans more on message tunes than anything glossy or crossover-friendly. Daville’s “Fear No Boy, ” Sizzla’s “Bad Man, ” and Natural Blacks’ “Defend The Herbs” give the riddim its clearest shape: roots-conscious vocals pitched over a stern, mid-tempo groove.
