Come Riddim keeps things taut and to the point: a five-track 2006 set with a lean reggae pulse, a little Trinidad flavor in the casting, and no wasted space. Denise Belfon opens it up with “People’s Choice, ” while Fearless and Limozine each take their turn over the rhythm with “Sufferer’s Choice” and “First Class, ” giving the project a mix of uplift and streetwise swagger. Naya George’s “Khaki Suit” sits neatly in the middle of that lineup, and the instrumental “Version – Come Riddim” closes the sequence in the usual way, letting the groove speak for itself one more time.
