Call Riddim sits in Millbeatz’s early-2010s catalogue as a compact four-cut juggernaut, and even with only a handful of voices it’s got a tidy, purposeful shape. The set pairs General Degree’s slick “Caribbean Slow Wine” with Lukie D’s “Give Me Some, ” then shifts into Prophet Benjamin’s “Big Agouti” and Rkg’s “Body Good, ” which gives the riddim a neat rise-and-release pacing across the sequence.
