Coming out of GMC Music Productions’ 2010 run in Germany, Boiling Blood Riddim feels like one of those compact dancehall sets that keeps the energy tight and the roster lean, with just five artists across six cuts. Dajigga pulls double duty with “Enjoy Yourself” in both edit and raw versions, while Dversity’s “In The Streets” and I Cient Warrior’s “Save Your Life” keep the mood streetwise and direct. The title cut sits in the middle like a producer tag, giving the rhythm its own stamp without overexplaining the thing. Ice’s “Difend Demself” lands as the sharpest closing statement, all grit and self-protection, and that final note is what lingers when the riddim drops out.
