Blessing Riddim is a 2022 soca release from J Lab Productions built around a small, faith-focused lineup and an Afro-soca feel. The four-track set pairs J Prince’s Blessing with Michelle Sylvestor’s Consuming Fire and Blessed Messenger’s Hold the Faith, with J Prince also handling the instrumental version. Produced, mixed, and mastered by Joel Prince for J Lab Productions, the project leans on uplifting, gospel-tinged themes rather than a big multi-artist showcase, which gives it a more focused feel. J Prince’s own involvement across the release helps tie the whole thing together.
