Artibella Riddim – Vibescorner

Vibescorner’s Artibella Riddim leans more into a compact roots set than the bigger, busier one-riddim packs the label sometimes circles around, and that focus lets the voices carry the weight. Burro Banton comes in with the tough, measured pull of Still A Maintain, Horace Andy’s Perilous Time brings that weathered, high-toned calm he’s famous for, and the production keeps the groove steady and warm beneath them, with just four cuts total and no wasted motion. Aza Lineage’s Can’t Sit Down and Seamus’s Some Luv fill out the set, giving the riddim a mix of veteran authority and newer energy. Released in 2018, the project runs four tracks deep and clocks in at about 15 minutes, with VibesCorner handling the production throughout.
