Soca Deviant Overview
The truck anthem base for the Soca Deviant Riddim started in the studio with a clear vision. The fete composer wanted a sound that would shake the streets and fill up the trucks during Carnival. The beats had to be bold and energetic, perfect for big speakers and outdoor parties. With this direction, the producers built a foundation that was both modern and true to the roots of soca. Rocque Media and Entertainment, working with Madd Vibes Promotions, brought this project to life. Rocque Media and Entertainment has made a name in the Caribbean music scene, helping to push soca and dancehall to new listeners. Madd Vibes Promotions is also known for supporting fresh talent and organizing events across the islands. Together, they created a riddim that stands out in 2024. Deniro’s “Barrow The Cat” opens the collection with strong vocals and playful lyrics. Deniro is known for his lively performances and ability to get any crowd moving. Rikaine follows with “Rum For Carnival,” a song that captures the spirit of celebration. Rikaine’s catchy hooks have earned him growing attention in the soca world.
