Techniques’ 1991 Winery Riddim brings together a tight early-’90s dancehall set with Bingie’s Hot Fi Wi, Buju Banton’s Stamina Daddy, Daddy Lizard’s Winery, Ernest Wilson’s Just The Two Of Us, Flourgon’s Facialist, and two Johnny P cuts, including Yu Bret A Badda Mi and Yu Mouth A Badda Mi. The rhythm is credited to Winston Riley’s Techniques camp, and it sits neatly in the label’s long run of classic Jamaican productions.
