2022 dancehall brought Weed Head Riddim from Pantason Music Production, a compact five-track set with Tjean’s 420, Klassiqo’s Ganja, Pebleking’s Brawling High, Young Jay Slang Banga’s Roll and Light, and Kash Promise Move’s Eye of the Storm. The project leans into a weed-themed concept without overcomplicating it, and the title alone sets the tone for the whole package. Pantason keeps the focus tight here, with the riddim sitting squarely in the trap-dancehall lane and giving the vocalists room to play off the same smoky idea from different angles.
