Viton Overview
The Viton Riddim sound system cut was born in late-night studio sessions, where the team focused on building a heavy, bashment vibe. The arranger took inspiration from classic dancehall, but added a modern twist—thick basslines and sharp snares. This creative direction gave the riddim a fresh energy, perfect for the dance. At the heart of the project is G-Rated Studios, a production house known for shaping new sounds in dancehall. G-Rated Studios has produced several popular riddims in recent years, and their tracks often get strong support from DJs across Jamaica and the UK. Their reputation for crisp, dancefloor-ready mixes helped make this release stand out. The artists on Viton Riddim each bring their own style. Simba Orkestra delivers “Jah Guide,” blending conscious lyrics with a powerful delivery. Simba Orkestra is known for his strong stage presence and has performed at major reggae festivals in Europe. Bazzle Kid’s “Flamingo” is lively and catchy, showing off his unique flow. Tru Shatta comes in with “High Tide,” dropping energetic verses that keep the momentum going. Tru Shatta has worked with several top producers in the dancehall scene. Knutkase adds grit with “Bang Bang,” while Fucha Kid and 1 Rule team up for “Still Deh Yah,” a track that celebrates resilience and staying power. Already, DJs are calling this sound system cut one of the heaviest sets of 2025. With its booming bass and standout performances, Viton Riddim is making waves in dancehall parties everywhere.
