Produced by 4 Dub Vibes and released in 2022, Unlock The Riddim pulls together six local reggae voices over a rootsy, sound system-friendly cut with a strong dub finish. The lineup includes Oldjohn on Fire Of Revolution, Ital-B on Me Wah Free, Stefanatty on Shape Your Thoughts, Big Shine on Mr Politician, Astronatty on Roll a Meditation, and Magma Dee on Gwan, with a version track closing the set. Based in Larissa, Greece, 4 Dub Vibes is a collective of selectors and producers, and this project follows their earlier release This Is Not a War while keeping the focus on conscious lyrics, meditation themes, and a tight one-riddim structure.
