Under 20 Riddim comes in lean and pointed, a 16-track 2021 dancehall set from Silver House Inc. that keeps the focus on straight-talking songs rather than studio flash. Bliss Uptop’s “Plastic Smile, ” Sir Major’s “My Story, ” and J Melo’s “Nowadays Love” sketch out the project’s range, moving from slick relationship talk to harder-edged personal cuts, while Kachida Warrior and Cvillayn First Don keep the pressure on with sharper, more streetwise writing. There’s a nice balance here too: some tracks lean into the grittier side of modern dancehall, others sit closer to melody and reflection, but the riddim never loses its forward drive.
