Tun Up Riddim – Misik Muzik

Misik Muzik’s 2023 Tun Up Riddim is a straight dancehall set with 11 tracks from six artists, led by Timberlee, Mr. Lexx, Yaksta, Roxxie, Swashii and Tina Tammi. The cut list moves through the clean and radio edits of Falla Mi, Dolly Body, Settle, Blessed and Natural Body, with Good E Good standing as the lone single version on the package. It has a mixed lineup that brings together established voices and newer names, while Yaksta and Swashii give the riddim some of its most recognizable moments. Misik Muzik keeps the production tight and compact here, with the project landing in late July 2023 as a concise showcase of current dancehall styles.
