Basshall Records handled Toma Riddim in 2020, a six-cut dancehall run that pairs Fastah Selectah, Shockman, Fyahbwoy, GranKhan and Jey D on the same production. Fyahbwoy’s presence gives it an especially recognizable European-dancehall edge, while GranKhan and Jey D add the kind of melodic, cross-border pull Basshall has often leaned into. The riddim is short and tightly packaged, with one core instrumental carried across the full set and no wasted space, which makes it easy to place alongside Basshall’s clean, modern 2020 output.
