2016 reggae came with a compact Bogotá session from Sampling Studios on the Today Riddim, a seven-track release that runs entirely through Sampling Dub versions and closes with the instrumental. The lineup pulls in Burn the Weed, Hoy, Impulso, More Amor, Ouh Lord Ouh Dios, and Sigue la Luz, giving the project a bilingual, dub-leaning feel rather than a broad multi-artist showcase. Recorded, mixed, and mastered at Sampling Studios, it was issued on September 16, 2016 and reflects the studio’s hands-on approach, with German Sampling steering the production from Colombia.
